Core Services
1. HomelessPrevention:We proactively intervene to prevent homelessness before it occurs. By providing resources, education, and support to individuals and families at risk, we help them navigate challenges and maintain housing stability. Our approach emphasizes early intervention, easily accessible funding sources, and proactive measures to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to secure a safe living environment.
2. Homeless Services: We offer comprehensive support and assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness, ensuring their immediate needs are met with compassion and urgency. Our services include partnerships and referrals, transportation and support/encouragement in accessing emergency shelters, transitional housing, and healthcare (to include VA), as well as provide assistance with paperwork, transportation, support, and encouragement in acquiring employment, and social services. Case management, and communication with the counties HMIS system are also provided. We believe that by addressing the immediate needs of those in crisis can pave the way for long-term stability and success.
3. Community Development: We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for all residents in our community. Through initiatives that promote economic development, affordable housing, and access to essential services, we work towards building strong, resilient neighborhoods. Our community development efforts are designed to create an environment where everyone can thrive, fostering collaboration and mutual support among residents.
